His expertise spans distillery waste management, anaerobic digestion, biogas generation, CBG production, resource recovery, and process integration, enabling the conversion of industrial waste streams into renewable energy and value-added solutions.
As a senior technical leader, he drives end-to-end technical planning, project execution, process optimization, and integrated CBG project development. His deep understanding of distillery processes enables the integration of waste management, energy recovery, and CBG production into efficient and sustainable project solutions.
He brings strong technical leadership, process expertise, and execution capability, helping deliver scalable, reliable, and commercially viable CBG and renewable-energy projects while supporting the organization's long-term growth in the clean-energy sector.

An accomplished R&D and Process Development leader with 12+ years of industrial experience, specializing in CBG, biogas process optimization, feedstock evaluation, process development, technical trials and performance improvement.
Her core expertise includes biogas yield optimization, feedstock characterization, process parameter optimization, biological and chemical process control, methane recovery, performance evaluation, root-cause analysis and scale-up support.
As Director – R&D, she provides technical leadership in technology development, process optimization and innovation, driving initiatives focused on improving biogas yield, methane recovery, plant efficiency, process stability and overall project performance.

Akshay Anil Bhosale
Technical Head Process, CBG & Bioenergy
A seasoned CBG and Bioenergy professional with 11+ years of experience in the Biogas, Waste-to-Energy, and Renewable Energy sector, with strong expertise in project execution, process engineering, plant optimization, and business development. His experience includes international assignments and renewable energy projects across Africa, including Uganda and Kenya.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of CSTR digester technology, biogas purification, membrane-based biogas upgrading, feedstock management, and process optimization for improved biogas and methane yields. His experience covers diverse feedstocks including Press Mud, Spent Wash, agricultural residues, and Napier grass, along with expertise in biomass cultivation, harvesting, farmer engagement, and fertilizer management.
In his role within Sales & Marketing, he combines strong technical understanding with commercial expertise to identify project opportunities, understand customer requirements, develop technically suitable solutions, and support the successful execution of CBG and Waste-to-Energy projects.
His practical knowledge of digester performance, organic acid monitoring, critical process parameters, gas yield optimization, and plant efficiency enables him to effectively bridge the gap between technology, project execution, and customer requirements, contributing to the development of efficient, commercially viable, and sustainable CBG solutions.
